Globonders must meet at least 75% of the following criteria:

• Good reputation, highly ethical and trustworthy;
• Humbleness and tolerance for differing points of view and understanding of cultural differences around the world;
• Extroverted, social, and a desire to help others achieve their goals and dreams,
• Well-educated and intelligent;
• Multi-lingual (or willingness to learn new languages);
• Lived in a foreign country (or country that is not the person’s citizenship);
• Have traveled extensively

• Have held senior positions in business, government, or third sector;
• Have established business, government and social network throughout the world;
• Resourceful, creative, innovative, and entrepreneurial;
• Proven leadership abilities;
• Commitment to improving the social or economic welfare of people around the world.

Please note: some of these above characteristics (i.e. trustworthiness) carry greater weight than others, and this will be taken into consideration during the selection process. Final decision is at the complete discretion of Globond management.
