History has shown that some of the greatest innovators and most creative people were ridiculed, persecuted and even killed. Sometimes, only after their deaths did they get credit for their accomplishments. A concept or idea may seem so outlandish that the so-called experts discount them as "madness". For example, someone once said “The world is definitely flat”, and others said “If man was meant to fly he would have wings”. For a long time, scholars though the earth was the center of the universe.
Over and over again, artists and creators have struggled to improve our lives while the supposedly intelligent persons hampered the process all along the way. You will recognize. Some of the following examples:
Braille - Louis Braille was the inventor of the blind reading technology now used all over the world. He never enjoyed his success because his invention did not become popular until after his death.
*Bach - The super composer never got recognition for his artistic ability until after his death
