Kaihan and Pilar Make the Move from Miami to New York
Sun, 05/18/2008 - 01:35 — globond
Kaihan Krippendorff and Pilar Ramos moved to Westchester, NY (from Miami) last Wednesday with their two children. They're settled into a beautiful home near a children's park, 30 minutes outside Manhattan, for the next few months while they look for a permanent home and a nanny.
Pilar is staying with Mastercard, moving from a regional counsel role to head up the company's global public policy and regulatory strategy. That means she representing Mastercard to central banks and regulators outside the U.S.
Kaihan is gearing up for the July launch of his third book "The Way of Innovation." This follows his second book, "Hide a Dagger Behind a Smile," by a few months. He has already received some great endorsements for this one, including from Nobel Peace Prize winner Mohammad Yunus to name only one.
Karim Chrobog's "War Child" Wins International Acclaim
Sun, 05/18/2008 - 01:03 — globond
Globond met Karim in the Fall of 2005 in Washington, DC. We knew immediately that he was a perfect fit
for Globond, because he had left behind the corporate world where he had been a
big success, and had decided to pursue his dream to be an award-winning screen-writer,
director and producer. Little did we
dream then though that just 2 ½ short years later, Karim’s debut film would be
a riveting masterpiece that would win the Cadillac Award at the Tribeca Film
Festival and acclaim at various other festivals in Europe.
